Services
Heltrac Group provides civil works and excavation services including but not limited to excavation, trenching, pipe laying, concrete cutting, and underground service locating. All services are subject to a written quote and agreement prior to commencement of work.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by Heltrac Group are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from those described. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to work commencing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Heltrac Group reserves the right to suspend or cease work in the event of non-payment. Any overdue amounts may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
Liability
Heltrac Group will carry out all works with due care and skill. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. All works are performed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and regulations.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of work. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover mobilisation costs already incurred.

Governing Law
